EVERPV partners meet in Saint-Loubès to review progress and witness pilot line in action

On 1-2 October 2025, EVERPV project partners convened in Saint-Loubès, near Bordeaux, France, for the project’s fourth General Assembly. The meeting marked a key milestone in the Horizon Europe-funded initiative, offering a moment to assess progress, align on next steps and witness the pilot line for solar PV recycling in operation at Envie’s facility.

The first day featured a site visit to Envie’s recycling centre, where participants observed the EVERPV pilot line in action. Installed in July 2025, the pilot showcases a grinding-based delamination process developed by CEA, designed to recover and separate materials from end-of-life solar PV panels. This technology aims to enable the recovery of metals, glass and polymers, contributing to a more circular solar industry.

During the general assembly, partners presented updates across work packages, highlighting technical achievements, challenges and upcoming deliverables. Discussions focused on consolidating the scientific publication plan and preparing for future dissemination and exploitation activities.

The EVERPV consortium warmly thanks Envie for hosting the meeting and providing an insightful visit to their facility!
